We are open 365 days a year! With drop off/pickup hours from 6-10AM and from 4-8PM!

Yes! We offer appointment only tours on Saturdays and Sundays. To schedule a tour give us a call. Otherwise we have cameras set up throughout the facility and can give your a virtual tour any day!

New clients may give us a call (859-967-7005) and we will get you set up with a new profile and book you for a 'Trial Day', to make sure we are the right fit for you and your dog.

Once you pup passes their trial day, you can either call us to book or book online through the link on our homepage.

If your dog eats a meal during the time they will be with us, you may bring it in a labeled container. When you set up your dog's profile you will be prompted to add notes in the "diet" section. 

Please include the following: brand, protein, measured amount, meal times, sensitivities/allergies

 So much fun stuff! We do water activities, holiday activities, dress up competitions, and much more! All of our staff pay close attention to all of the dogs that come to stay with us and take extra time to find the best buds to interact with. We rotate through different play groups throughout the day, so everyone gets play time and rest time! We also have special rotations for those that aren't friends with other dogs too, so everyone is included, and gets the attention and love that they need and want every single day. 

We have everything here that your dogs would need or want! We have hundreds of blankets, a mountain of different beds, cots, toys, etc., so there is no need to worry about bringing anything from home. 

We have breakfast, lunch, and supper time, so whichever meals your doggy eats a day, you'll want to bring their food so we can make sure we can take care of breakfast through supper! If your dog is on any medications that you'd like for us to give while they are with us, we'll need their medications (in the original bottle) with dosage and scheduling so we can make sure they get what they need medically too. 

Aside from those potential things, all we need is your furry friend, and we'll take it from there!

No worries! We do not have a blanket intact policy, and we welcome all dogs, whether they are altered or not. All we need from you is to notify us of whether they are intact or not, so we can be extra mindful of them during playtime. We cannot accept a female who is actively in heat. 

Trick question, we welcome all breeds! We don't judge any animal based on their breed, and will never turn anyone away simply because they are a specific type of dog. We have all types of breeds that stay with us, and we enjoy our time with all of them. 

 We require your dog to be up to date on their DA2PP (Distemper, Parvo), Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines. We also highly recommend the Influenza vaccine, though it is not a requirement.

Yes! We are open for every holiday. Our pickup/drop hours are shortened to 6-8 am and 6-8 pm. There is also holiday surcharge of $15 and a deposit of $50 must be paid at the time of booking.
